As we near the conference, the Secretariats are present you with a very important document - the YMUN 2021 Delegate Information Packet. It is crucial you read through the Information Packet carefully because of the following reasons:

1. It contains instructions on the online conference, such as the final schedule and the ZOOM Links that will be used throughout the conference. Once again, the Secretariats would like to emphasize that these ZOOM Links should not be misused. In the event of ZOOM Link misuse, you must comply with the appropriate repercussions.
    

2. It contains the YMUN 2021 Delegate Pledge, which you must sign, scan, convert into PDF format, and send in along with your Position Paper. Thus, when you send your Position Papers to the Secretariats, you must attach the signed Delegate Pledge. Failing to do so may impact your participation in the conference.
    

3. It contains the Rules of Procedure and Note Passing Guidelines, which you must be familiar with by now. The Secretariats expect the delegates to come to the conference with full and confident knowledge of the newly written protocols.
