Step 2 | Verify your delegation

To verify you have checked your delegation correctly, please fill out and submit the following form ONCE.

If, for the verification process, you either submit incorrect information or do not submit any information at all, the secretariat will assume you are unable or unwilling to assume your delegation.

Your allocated committee and country will be removed from the confirmation list after your verification.

국가 배정이 원활하게 이루어짐을 확인하기 위해 아래의 양식을 단 한번 완성하여 제출하시길 바랍니다.

국가 배정 확인 양식 중 잘못된 정보를 입력했다거나, 아에 정보를 입력하지 않을 시,

참가자분께서 국가 배정을 확인할 수 없거나 확인할 의지가 없는 것으로 간주합니다.

​확인 제출 후 윗 배정 리스트에 삭제됩니다.

Filming Agreement · 촬영 동의서

  • All conference sessions will be recorded only for monitoring/evaluation purposes. The recordings will be deleted immediately after YMUN 2024 Conference and will not be used for any other purposes.

  • Photos taken during the conference may be used for promotional purposes or press releases.

  • All delegates must agree NOT TO RECORD video or audio during YMUN 2024 in any method whatsoever.

  • Online Committee (UNHRC) | All delegates must KEEP THEIR CAMERAS ON during YMUN 2024 ZOOM sessions.

  • Checking the checkbox below will be considered consent to the regulations above.

You will not be able to join YMUN 2024 if you do not agree to these statements.

  • 모든 회의는 모니터링 및 평가를 위해 녹화됩니다. 녹화된 회의는 YMUN 2024 Conference 종료 이후 모두 파기되며, 여타 목적으로 사용되지 않습니다.

  • 회의 중에 찍은 사진은 홍보용 또는 보도자료로 사용될 수 있습니다.

  • 모든 참가자들은 어떠한 방식으로든 회의를 녹화/녹음을 해선 안됩니다.

  • 온라인 커미티 (UNHRC) | 모든 참가자들은 YMUN 2024 ZOOM 세션 중 카메라를 항상 켜야 합니다.

  • 아래 체크박스에 체크하는 것은 위 규정을 준수하겠다는 서약과 동일하게 취급됨을 알려드립니다.

위의 사항들에 동의하지 않을 경우, YMUN 2024 세션에 참가하기 어려우실 수 있음을 알려드립니다.

녹화 동의서 규정에 동의하며, 해당 체크박스에 체크하는 것은 본인의 서명과 동일하게 취급됨을 인지하였습니다.
