All applicants that have completed their registration during the early registration (9 November 23:59 KST)  period have been allocated to their delegation. Please refer to the allocation schedule in the country allocation page. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Please be informed that your allocation will only be confirmed once you verify your delegation in Step 2. If your allocation is not verified by the next allocation period, your allocation may be given to another applicant. 

​The preferences you provided in the registration are only "preferences" and an allocation to your first preference committee or preferred country is not guaranteed. 

​Once your verification is completed, we will remove your information  from the 'Find Your Delegation' list. Please ensure that you note down your committee and country before verifying. 

*If your name does not appear in Step 1_Find Your Delegation, please check your email for specifications on committee assignments.

얼리 접수 기간 (~11월 9일 23시 59분) 내에 접수 원서 및 입금을 모두 완료한 지원자들의 위원회 및 국가 배정이 완료되었습니다. 배정 일정은 Country Allocation Schedule 을 참고해주시길 바랍니다. 

※ 주요 공지 ※

배정 결과 확인 과정 중 Step 2에서 본인이 배정받은 위원회 및 국가를 직접 확인(Verify) 하는 절차를 완료해야 배정이 최종 확정됩니다. 다음 배정 기간까지 확인 (Verificiation) 이 이루어지지 않을 경우, 해당 배정은 다른 지원자에게 넘어갈 수 있습니다.

등록 시 제출하신 선호위원회 및 선호국가는 “선호도”일 뿐이며, 1지망 위원회 혹은 선호 국가 배정이 보장되는 것은 아닙니다. 


본인의 배정 결과 확인 과정을 완료하시면 ‘Find Your Delegation’ 목록에서 정보가 삭제됩니다. 따라서 확인 (Verify) 전 반드시 본인이 배정받은 위원회와 국가를 따로 기록해두시기 바랍니다.


*Step 1_Find Your Delegation에 본인의 이름이 나타나지 않는 경우, 위원회 배정 관련 확인 사항이 이메일로 발송되었으니 확인 부탁드립니다.
