• 100% refund when the refund form is submitted within December 7th, 2025 23:59 KST

• 30% refund when the refund form is submitted within December 28th, 2025 23:59 KST

• No refund after Late Registration closes (from December 29th, 2025)

    All refunds will be processed every Monday.

• Regular Registration 마감 당일 (2025년 12월 7일) 23시 59분에 접수된 폼까지 참가비 100% 환불

• Late Registration 마감 당일 (2025년 12월 28일) 23시 59분에 접수된 폼까지 참가비 30% 환불

• Late Registration 마감 이후 (2025년 12월 29일~)부터 참가비 환불 불가

    모든 환불 금액은 매주 월요일에 일괄 처리합니다.
