*For the purpose of fairness and administrative matters, if your respective school counts your age and grade to be a part of high school, you will have to choose between the high school committees and the same applies to middle school committees.

Due to high demands for the MS committees, we are no longer receiving applicants or waitlist applicants for UNHCR or CSTD. Thank you for all the interest in our MS committees and we hope to see more MS delegates next year.

*As for the acceptance of applicants in 9th grade (born 2009-2010) to HS committees, we would like to emphasize that it is the applicant's affiliated school year that is considered. Hence, if an applicant is in 8th grade and is born on 2010, we will not be able to accept the application.

고등위원회는 예비 고1 (2024년도 기준 중3) 부터 예비 대학생까지 지원을 받고 있습니다 (2024년도 기준 고3).
다만, 소속 학교에 따라 9학년 (중3-고1)에 2010년생과 2009년생이 섞여있는 경우, 소속 학년을 기준으로 분류를 하고 있음을 안내드립니다.

Notice on Plagiarism and Pre-written Resolutions 표절 및 결의안 관련 공지
YMUN 2025 does not tolerate any kind of plagiarism (including the use of ChatGPT) and pre-written resolutions. Any document or files brought to the conference room will be checked by the secretariats. YMUN utilizes AI-detectors and Plagiarism checkers that will check for any sort of relative issues. Copy and pasting works from pre-written documents during sessions that allow electronic devices is also strictly prohibited. Utilizing a pre-written or plagiarized work during the conference will result in a permanent ban from participation in YMUN and the participant will need to leave the conference (no refunds provided).
YMUN 2025는 Chat GPT 이용 및 표절 등의 부정행위 적발 시 엄격한 조치를 취할 예정입니다.
또한, 미리 결의안의 일부를 작성해 오거나 외부인의 도움을 받아 작성한 글을 이용하는 행위 또한 금지된 점 유의 부탁드립니다. 자료 조사와 Pre-written resolution은 엄밀히 다른 점 강조드립니다 - 이에 대한 판단은 사무국이 내릴 예정이며 오해의 소지가 없도록 유의 부탁드립니다. 참가자가 컨퍼런스에 소지하는 모든 문서 및 자료 등은 사무국이 확인한 후에 사용이 가능하며 전자기기가 허용된 시간에 앞서 공지된 부정행위에 해당할 시 해당 대회에서 퇴출이 되며 환불 또한 받지 못하는 점 안내드립니다. 또한 표절 문제의 심각성을 강조하며, YMUN 2025에 공정한 방식으로 참가하지 않는 참가자는 추후 열리는 YMUN 에도 참가가 불가해지는 점 참고 부탁드립니다.
Plagiarism Includes the following;
1. Self Plagiarism: utilizing one's work utilized for a past conference or work (ie; Utilizing a clause from past conferences).
2. Utilizing ChatGPT to write a clause.
3. Any other kind of plagiarisms detected by the plagiarism detecting system.
Pre-written resolutions include the following but are not limited to;
1. Pre-written clauses
2. Pre-written works of a pre-formed bloc (before the conference)
3. "Research material" that resemble the format of a resolution or clause
4. Copy and pasting pre-written sentences from research materials into a working resolution
5. Any other writings that have been identified by the YMUN 2025 Secretariats to be unfair to the process

After pressing the 'Submit!' button, if you see a text at the bottom reading "Your content has been submitted",
your registration has been successfully received.
After submitting the registration form, please pay the registration fee as soon as possible.
Country Allocation procedures can only start when a registrant has paid their registration fees.
If a registrant's fees are not paid in due time, that registrant's application will be rejected automatically.
A confirmation message will be sent to your registered phone number every Monday after the payment.
If you have applied for accommodation, please be aware that the confirmation message will be delivered
after the payment of BOTH the accommodation and registration fee.

참가비 입금이 확인되어야 Country Allocation이 원활하게 이루어질 수 있습니다.
위 안내에 명시된 날짜까지 참가비 입금이 확인되지 않으면 신청은 자동으로 취소됩니다.
입금 후 매주 월요일 확인 문자가 발송됩니다.
